Insights

The 'why' page. Where you can question any decision the system made — and see what it's learning over time.

What this page shows

SentinelHub keeps a complete record of every decision, along with the evidence behind it. Insights is where that record becomes useful to you: a searchable history of choices, and a read on whether the system is improving. There's no black box — if you want to know why something happened, you can find out.

Searching the decision history

Every choice the system makes is saved and searchable. You can look things up two ways:

  • ·By meaning— ask a "why" question in plain language and it finds decisions whose reasoning matches, even if the words differ.
  • ·By keyword — search for an exact term, like a specific fund or a date, to jump straight to it.

For each result you can see what the system decided — open a position, hold, or close — along with its confidence and the reasons. Most decisions are "holds": the system is deliberately picky about when it acts.

Confidence vs. quality

A decision's confidence is how much evidence the system had at the moment it decided. Its qualityis judged separately, afterwards, by an independent reviewer. High confidence doesn't guarantee a good outcome — which is exactly why both are tracked.

How the system improves itself

Insights also shows the learning loop. As trades close, the system studies what worked and what didn't, broken down by approach, sector, and market conditions. From that it can propose refinements — but it never changes itself behind your back.

The doctrine

Every proposed improvement is reviewed and approved before it takes effect. The system suggests; it doesn't silently rewrite its own rules. That keeps the whole thing auditable.

How to use it

Come to Insights whenever you're curious or unconvinced. Search for a trade and read the reasoning. Watch the learning metrics over time to see whether the system is getting sharper. This is the page that turns "I think it's working" into "I can see exactly why."
